Open since summer 2006, it is housed on the recovered site of the old county jail in Estremoz, a monument of the sixteenth century which was in ruins. The building of medieval architecture, was transformed into a trendy bar-restaurant, attractive and tasteful, with a gastronomic offer based on traditional Alentejo cuisine, focusing on regional produce, herbs, sausages, cheeses and wines.
