An interpretation centre was created in the former milling building, depicting industrial archaeology of the interior of the country with a special highlight on the ancient process of transforming cereal in flour. Apart from the museum area, this modern location has three floors, an auditorium, an exhibit room, a studio, a Lab of Creative Technologies and a Black Box, a room for presentation and experimentalism of new cultural productions. The restaurant and the panoramic bar are also noteworthy.
