Working since summer 2006, it is located in the historic center of Tavira, in the square of Church of Santa Maria and adjacent to the castle. With a dining room and terrace, it also has a magnificent veranda overlooking the lagoon and the typical roofs of Tavira. Under Chef Luis Santos, who won the award of best young Portuguese chef, the menu offers traditional Portuguese cuisine and new trends and tastes. Here are served seven course tasting menus, which are changed every week.
