It is one of the highlights of Braga city and of the whole Minho region, as far as sweet specialities are concerned. It is a convent-made sweet combining the typical pudding ingredients, such as eggs and sugar, with other ingredients, providing it with a different flavour and consistency, as for example the greases of local sausages. This speciality is served in many restaurants of the city.
