Set in a restored village house, this museum was created to keep the region’s traditions and cultures alive, namely the famous “Lenços de Namorados” (Lovers’ Handkerchiefs). In this museum, you can watch artisans creating genuine Aboim da Nóbrega embroideries, such as towels, curtains, shirts, sheets and “lenços de namorados”.
