This is one of the river beaches in Águeda council, which is located next to the bridge that crosses Alfusqueiro river in the road connecting Macieira de Alcoba to Valongo. Several sand tongues form along the river, providing shadow to the sunbathers. It is the council’s mountain zone, situated in the slope of Caramulo mountain, offering beautiful landscapes.
