This is an apple with a great preservation potential due to the consistency of its pulp. Its varieties are Golden, Gala, Red Delicious, Starking, Jonagold, Granny Smith, Jonared and Reineta. Their characteristics are typical of the variety, but somehow different from similar varieties produced elsewhere by the flavor, high sugar content, color and consistency and vivid colour of the pulp, resulting from weather conditions. Each apple weighs on average 160 g to 170 g and has a size of 50-55 mm.
