What makes these baskets so characteristic is the fact that they are made with willow shoots. The shoots are cut, the shell is removed and they are joined in a bundle. The craftsman starts the basket from the bottom and then turns it up until completion. One of the types of mostly used basketware is the basket used during grape harvest.
