It is probably the most beautiful beach of Albufeira coast with clffs and interesting geological formations. It develops next to Sheraton Algarve and Pine Cliffs hotels. It is also known as “the golden beach”. Here you will find several animal and plant species, duly identified by signing boards. It can be very hard to reach during the high season, due to crowds of tourists and to the narrow path leading down to the sand area.
