Set in the former hydroelectric power station, located in the left margin of Fervença river, this centre, opened since 2007, is an interactive module. The building’s façade adapts to weather conditions, in order to make the most of sun energy. Here you will find out how energy and environment are all around us in everyday life. There is module dedicated to the geological and biological heritage of the region. The interactive exhibit has four modules: ecological footprint, snail race, birthday cake, environment, and life quality.
