Surrounded by the beautiful vegetation of Zêzere valley, these thermal stations rise at the heart of Serra da Estrela Natural Park. Integrated in INATEL holiday centre, Caldas e Fonte Santa thermal stations offer excellent thermal waters, as well as modern techniques applied to rheumatic, muscle, skeleton and respiratory diseases. Apart from the thermal complex, there are also four accommodation centres: the main building, the wheel house, the road house and the thermal building, comprising 63 rooms equipped with private bathroom, central heating, phone, TV and music. These thermal stations are also a place full of history, located in the Hermínios mounts, where Viriato, the Lusitanian warrior, is said to have fought against the Romans, defending Lusitânia that would later become Portugal.
