This 17th century style single-nave church has four side altars with contemporary images and two collateral ones. However, 15th century image of Santo Antão is the most important one. The altarpiece of the main church that dates back to 1933 has the signature of painter José Malhoa, representing Nossa Senhora da Consolação.
