The Interpretation Centre of Aljubarrota Battle is a project that aims to preserve and value St. George’s Military Field, set in the place where in 1385 this memorable battle of Portuguese History was held. By using the newest technologies in terms of archaeological research, this venue presents the battle in a most appealing way. It also comprises two exhibition areas and an auditorium for the projection of a multimedia show, recreating the battle. The centre offers education services, a cafeteria and a shop.
