Situated in the former Taborda Falcão de Elvas manor house at the heart of Fundão city, this museum is a multipurpose location dedicated to Iberian archaeology. Apart from epigraphy, Pre-History and fort hill culture (Bronze and Iron Age) centres, the museum assembles unique pieces of scientific, didactic and historical value. It also organises temporary exhibits. The museum has the Universia room on the internet world.
