Opened in the middle of 2006, Megalith Interpretation Centre is housed in São Salvador do Mundo church, one of the oldest in Castelo de Vide, north from the town. This centre focuses on Megalithic art-related themes. The region is particularly rich in testimonies of this period, such as dolmens and upright stones.
