It was first the palace of Constantino de Bragança, vice king of India and then became the Convento dos Congregados do Oratório de S. Filipe de Nery, which was founded in 1698 by the Archbishop of Évora. From the construction we point out the stone work and azulejos which illustrate scenes from the life S.
