Originally conceived as the chapel of thermal hospital, its construction ended in the 16th century. It became the main church, and a bell tower was attached to it. It is a typical construction of the first stage of Manueline style, revealing a predominantly mudejar taste, depicted both in the portal and in the triumphal arch. In the outside, the statues of Annunciation and the patron saint bas-relief are worth highlighting. The inside is enriched by 16th century tiles and gilt carved wood.
