This peaceful beach with cold angry waters smells of rockroses. Ceixe river stream flows to the beach in the middle of the sand, setting the border between Alentejo and Algarve regions. Divided in two zones, the river and the sea zone, this beach has many waves on the ocean side, attracting many surfers and body boarders. The top of the stone stairs is an excellent spot to watch the sunset and the beautiful surrounding landscape.
