Within the project for rehabilitation and public enjoyment of the coast of Cascais, the building of the Centre for Environmental Interpretation, integrating the landscape, acts as a storefront facing the coastline and the sea.
The 300m2 unit offers optimal conditions for visitors to enjoy the natural landscape and unique biophysical characteristics of "Ponta do Sal". This Centre aims at disseminating values such as the biophysical diversity and scenic richness that occurs when land and sea meet, coupled with a didactic and formative component. Visitors will have the opportunity to observe the features of this coastline, the new pedestrian route and to visit the cliff and watch the species of fauna and flora therein.
