In the Recovery Centre of the Iberian Wolf, located between Malveira and Gadril, these animals live in an environment very similar to their own natural habitat. Wolf packs are divided in three walled terrains, so that they do not meet. This recovery centre was created in 1987, assembling 20 wolves, approximately. You can even ask for a guided tour that will teach you everything about the centre and the animals. Those who wish can even adopt a wolf or make volunteer work.
