São Lourenço Chapel is situated in the south entrance of Tomar, between the Entroncamento road and Nabão river. It was built in the 16th century to remember the place were the armies of the Grand Master of Avis Order and of D. Nuno Álvares Pereira got together before Aljubarrota Battle. An outdoor tile panel evokes this historical event.
