This grandiose country house is situated in one of city’s central hills in front of Conceição Church. Built in the beginning of the 20th century, the house presents a precious lookout in iron, wood and glass at the top of the roof. In present day, this house is the headquarters of the Regional Cultural Directorate, including the contemporary library venue and city’s archive.
