Six Senses Spa

In the Penha Longa Hotel, the Six Senses Spa offers a wide range of therapies and treatments and enjoys from a privileged natural environment. In full contact with the open air, it has a jacuzzi, a pool of hot water, a water line with a 3 m cascading waterfall, a deck for the practice of T'ai Chi or yoga, as well as two covered areas for meditation or treatments, which enable to fully enjoy the air of the Sintra hills. Although the facades of the premises comply with the traditional architectural design, inside we meet a sophisticated, discrete décor. There are four treatment rooms, with nine shower facilities, a spa suite with three treatment rooms with private shower and Turkish bath, and three areas for relaxation. Its tonic Menu of Treatments include face and body massages, aromatherapy, with hot stones, shiatsu, tui-na, specific treatments for pregnant women and for men, reflexology, acupuncture and energy treatments. For the balance of the senses, the Six Senses Spa offers exclusive treatments and the possibility of purchasing vouchers. The spa has already available the treatment "Like Spa for Chocolate."
