Smoked sausage, consists of soft fat obtained from the cutting of pig of Alentejo breed', garlic cloves, dried, sweet pepper paste, flour, salt and water. The casing is natural gut of cows and has the shape of a horseshoe, tight at both ends with cotton thread.
