Festival dedicated to honor bread with the "charolo", a kind of palanquin covered with threads of bread in various forms. The latter is integrated into the liturgy of the Mass and follows within the procession behind the statue of the Saint, evidencing the importance of bread in this festival. At the end of the procession and by the church, the bread is auctioned and then broken into pieces and distributed to all the people, as they dance the traditional dance of the threads to the sound of bagpipes.
