It is an integrated scientific and technological area, where water and energy are major topics of the interactive exhibition. The visitor will learn about the pollution of waterways, hydropower and the shaping of the landscape by rain and rivers. In addition to this exhibition, there are various venues for activities and experiments, which confer to the Centre its strong practical and experimental components. There are also laboratory areas fully equipped to conduct experiments in electrical circuits, to observe animal and plant cells under a microscope, to assess the quality of a water sample, to study physical properties of liquids, or to manufacture fresh cheese or soap.
