An event organized by the Municipal Services of Tourism in collaboration with restaurants and wine producers in the municipality of Tomar. At the entrance an unusual congress kit (bowl, cup and spoon) is distributed to participants. Then the visitor just has to taste the many soups prepared by the local restaurants adhering to the event and the wines locally produced.
