Set in the former thermo-electric Massarelos central, this museum exhibits some of the first electric traction vehicles that were Porto’s public transports in the beginning of the 19th century. Museum’s permanent exhibit is placed in the central nave, comprising 16 trams, five tram trailers, two automobiles for supporting trams, as well as several components – motors, armatures, combiners, written documents, graphic and iconographic material.
