Trofa Church was built in the 16th century, but it was enlarged in the 17th and 18th centuries. It is famous for the main chapel’s Renaissance sculpture set, including grave sculptures, and the so-called “Lemos Pantheon” with statues, bass-relief decorated with mythological motifs, and warriors, classified as Italian grotesque.
