Description of view: Maranhão Dam dates back to the 50’s. Its main goal is to irrigate and not so much to produce electricity. It is a calm artificial lake, set in a uniquely beautiful wild plain with cliffs. The viewpoint makes it possible to enjoy the view over the reservoir, the pastures, and the surrounding wheat fields.
