Vilarinho dolmens are an important historical and cultural landmark in Carrazeda de Ansiães region. These funereal monuments belong to different civil parishes: Zedes dolmen, known as Casa da Moura, and Vilarinho da Castanheira dolmen, called Pala da Moura. Situated in regularly cultivated fields, these monumental constructions are quite well kept. They still preserve the upright stones and the capstones. Representations of stylized human characters and a snake can be observed in the three upright stones.
